We understand that when something tragic happens, dealing with such an emotional situation is difficult.  Our aim is to try and support you and ensure that your claim is completed swiftly and efficiently.
You can follow the following procedure to lodge a claim:

1. Contact one of our consultants on 0860 10 51 96
2. The consultant will provide you with the initial documentation required, depending on the nature of the claim.
3. The completed forms need to be faxed back to 1Lifedirect on 0860 10 51 97
